- Targeted Area & MU Loss Determination: Capable of identifying high-loss targeted areas through DT-level energy audits, feeder-wise loss analysis, and MRI data profiling to precisely determine MU losses and deploy enforcement resources where maximum impact can be achieved.

- 2018–2019 Promoted to Sr. Supervisor (After 3 Years): Supervision and planning for the projects of DT cleaning activities (like Mass Meter replacement, Network Sanitization, New Service Connection etc.) in High Loss DTs; Consumer Handling in High Hindrance area to smooth the work progress and achieve targets.
