Who I Am
A resolute, results-driven Senior Electrical Engineer with over 14 years of progressive experience in the power distribution and utility sector. I currently serve as Senior Executive in the Loss Control & Enforcement Cell at Malegaon Power Supply Limited (CESC Ltd. — MPSL), Malegaon, Maharashtra, spearheading AT&C loss reduction, direct theft enforcement, and DT cleaning operations across the distribution network.
My professional journey began in June 2012 as a Technician at Gravity Scientific Instruments (GSI), building a solid hands-on foundation in panel wiring, manufacturing of industrial testing instruments, and calibration equipment. This ground-level experience gave me an irreplaceable perspective on electrical systems and fieldwork discipline.
From 2013–2015, I served as Lab Assistant / Technician at MAIT (Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology), Rohini, Delhi, managing the 11/0.4 kV substation, electrical laboratory equipment troubleshooting, UG/OH cable maintenance, and campus-wide building wiring infrastructure.
My most formative years were spent at BSES Yamuna Power Ltd. (2015–2023) — where I rose through the ranks from Supervisor (2015) → Sr. Supervisor (2018) → Engineer (2019), accumulating 8 years of deep expertise in loss reduction, HT breakdown management, consumer handling, and enforcement operations across high-density urban networks serving ~65,000+ consumers in Delhi's Chandni Chowk and Yamuna Vihar divisions.
Since April 2023, I have been driving transformative impact at MPSL (CESC Ltd.) in Malegaon, Maharashtra — developing innovative systems like the Lok Adalat Case Management System (capable of settling ~500 cases/day), mastering meter data analysis (for both three-phase and single-phase meters) for theft detection, and pioneering targeted MU loss identification methodologies in one of India's most challenging urban distribution environments.
